Nope. The upside crucifixion was used to mock those that followed Jesus since his crucifixion is the core of Christian beliefs. It doesn't have anything to do with Satan and it is merely a historical act, known by most because of Peter's upside down crucifixion. Why someone would get it as a tattoo I have no idea :p

Yes I know it is St. Peters cross. The church in my town has it on the front of the church, but most christians and catholics don't realize it so its offensive to them. Everyone that is offended by it, and people that use it for satanic use are stupid, and ignorant
